Once in a while you get what you ask for, in fact it's better than you had hoped for and it's done in a way that makes you smile: that's what Giovanni and his team deliver. Would I recommend Giovanni and his team to family and close friends? In a heartbeat. He is professional, thorough, trustworthy, fun and above all else has standards above even mine (a tall order)! The quality of his work really is second to none and to use a Scottish-ism, Allison and I are 'chuffed to bits' with the end result. Giovanni has delivered against our brief in spades.
We were unfortunately flooded out of our property just before Giovanni and his team were able to start work and we considered cancelling the landscaping work as a result given the massive destabilising effect this event had on us. We decided to go ahead while waiting for the house to be repaired rather than lose the opportunity to work with Giovanni, as we were convinced he would do a good job, and we are glad we did; watching the garden transform has actually helped lift our spirits during a difficult time. In fact interacting with Giovanni on a day to day basis brought some much needed humour and positivity into our life and for that we are in his debt. His enthusiasm is contagious, he is fun to be around and strangely enough we will miss having him and his team in our life - not something you often hear said about a builder or landscaper!
Should we move home we would use Giovanni again without even talking to another company. We suspect he is not the cheapest you'll find on the market, although we never felt the prices he quoted to be outrageous, but we believe you get what you pay for. We just wish everybody conducted business the way Giovanni does, the world would be a much more interesting, less-stressful and fun place to live! We can't thank him enough. We think our garden is fantastic!
